MISSION STATEMENT 
The mission of the Iron Ridge Police Department is to provide professional and ethical public service to the citizens of the Village of Iron Ridge, visitors, and the surrounding communities as needed.  We look forward to serving our citizens by embracing a positive proactive team approach to the ever-changing needs of a growing community along with providing and receiving mutual aid with neighboring communities.

It is the vision of the Iron Ridge Police Department to understand the needs of our community and achieve the highest level of service and protection for our citizens and visitors to the village.  We will strive to provide a positive professional atmosphere that will promote community interaction to improve the quality of life and safety of the residents and visitors to the village.
